Getting in Touch
You have already taken the first step, to ask yourself whether counselling might help you and to begin your search for the right counsellor.
Please use the form opposite to contact me, providing a brief outline of the challenges you are facing. I will respond (usually within 2 working days) with details regarding how I engage in Individual or Couples Therapy, as appropriate.
I will outline fees & accepted payment methods, available appointment times and provide you with relevant information in order to move forward.
I may send through some forms for you to complete before you attend your initial intake consultation (different for Individuals and Couples).
At the initial intake consultation we clarify any outstanding concerns and move ahead with the Client-Counsellor Agreement in order to begin the counselling relationship and therapeutic process.
Individual therapy: 1.5hr initial consult; 1hr thereafter (or as needed)
Couples therapy: 2hr initial joint session and 2hrs thereafter (plus individual sessions - depending upon issues to be explored)
I look forward to finding an appropriate time for our initial session together.
I am also available for Skype sessions; preferring to build the relationship in person if possible, but acknowledge that many people travel, and time schedules can be tricky to arrange.
